CGX, a Cognionics company, builds research-grade dry EEG systems. Their wireless headsets read brain activity without the gel and setup traditional EEG demands, putting precision neurotech in the hands of labs and research teams who need data they can trust. That precision didn't carry through to their documentation. The original user manual was bare-bones, so I rebuilt it from the ground up: restructuring the content, redesigning every element, and bringing it in line with their existing design system. The result reads clearly, looks like the product it supports, and gives buyers a experience that matches the instrument in their hands.
